Septal Perforation
This Richmond nose job patient underwent a reconstructive rhinoplasty to repair a septal perforation and a saddle nose deformity. The surgery required the use of rib cartilage to build up the bridge of the nose. Tissue flaps were delicately elevated inside the nose to close over the septal perforation. Alloderm (dermal graft) was placed between the flaps. Photos are shown 10 months after the surgery.
