Septoplasty Gallery Patient 29358
Richmond rhinoplasty patient with lifelong nasal obstruction. Although she had never had trauma to the nose, there was quite a deviation and collapse of the cartilage. The septum was very deviated as well, which can be seen particularly well on the base and top-down views. She underwent closed (scarless) rhinoplasty and septoplasty. Her breathing is much improved and cosmetically her nose is much more symmetric.
